And the list of quotations is endless.

Policy Exchange and independent Think Tank in the UK states that nothing is more important to the success of education than the quality of its teachers.

At RBIS, we also believe that a manifesto for excellence in schools starts with teachers. The impact that great teachers have on students is beyond measurement. It is the human touch and genuine passion in education from teachers that make difference in the lives of the students.

Our teachers have high expectations of all children. We believe that we are trusted with one of the most important responsibilities; that is to educate our future generations. We help students to master a range of life skills, acquire knowledge, understand how to apply their knowledge  deepen their understanding of the world. Teachers inspire, motivate, challenge and support students to succeed in life far beyond the classroom.

We truly believe that teachers have a strong influence across the spectrum of student success:

“Teachers impact student outcomes far beyond test scores: they provide them with life skills and foster positive attitudes. (from Blazer, D and Kraft, M.A 2016. Teacher and teaching Effects on Student Attitudes and Behaviors)

Because teachers have responsibilities in shaping students’ futures, making them better human beings therefore teacher quality matters. In fact, it is the most important school-related factor influencing student achievement and development.

At RBIS, we only appoint teachers with the right Qualification and with a genuine passion in education.

We are very fortunate to work with many experienced, talented, and dedicated teachers who share the same passion and interest in making a difference. Our teachers are highly respected and appreciated in our school community. They are our valuable assets, and their contributions stretch beyond the school’s compound as they touch the lives of our students who are the world’s future.
