Join RBIS International School, one of Bangkok's longest-standing British curriculum schools, established in 1971. 
We prioritize well-rounded education, seeking a Psychology Teacher (with 2nd and/or 3rd subject) to commence in August 2024.

Position Summary:
Teach Psychology (KS4 & 5) and a 2nd/3rd subject across secondary key stages.
Contribute to developing a school-wide approach to Psychology.
Inspire students, fostering critical thinking and understanding of human behaviour.
Shape the direction of the KS3 syllabus in Humanities.
Organize in-school events to raise the profile of psychology.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop inspiring schemes of work, maintain high expectations, and review curriculum alignment with school policy.
Manage departmental resources, collaborate on cross-curricular opportunities, and engage in community projects.
Ensure timely marking, provide meaningful feedback, and organize departmental trips and events.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons, differentiate as needed, and maintain outstanding subject knowledge.
Establish relationships with students, parents, and external entities.
Monitor student progress, use data to inform teaching strategies, and engage in professional development.

Person Specification:
Passion for teaching Psychology and humanities.
Interest in international education, cultural exchange, and multiculturalism.
Proactive approach to departmental and school development.
Flexibility, organizational skills, and a drive to elevate RBIS in the international school community.
Teaching degree, QTS, and relevant UK curriculum experience.
Experience teaching GCSE and A LEVEL
Knowledge of international schooling and experience with ESL students.

Remuneration Package:
Initial two-year contract, competitive salary, and benefits.
Accommodation allowance, economy flights at the beginning and end of contract to the sum of £350, private health insurance, visa/work permit sponsorship.
100% fees remission for 2 children.
